NFL Rumors: Falcons & Ravens Emerging as Blockbuster Candidates

Lamar Jackson is one of the biggest names to watch in the rumor mill this offseason. His future with the Baltimore Ravens is not set in stone, as he has not received an extension offer that he feels is worthy to sign. According to ESPN, the Atlanta Falcons are a team to watch in the Jackson sweepstakes because of this.

There’s no question that the Falcons need help at the quarterback position, as this is a major weakness on their roster. Yet, bringing in a former MVP like Jackson would help fix this issue immensely, and it would likely allow them to be a postseason team again.

The Ravens are still aiming to resign Jackson rather than trade him, but if negotiations do not improve from here, don’t be surprised to see the Falcons go all-in to land the superstar quarterback.
