San Francisco 49ers Promote Two Veterans To Active Roster

The San Francisco 49ers have been dominant in recent months, as they've been on a 10-game win streak heading into the playoffs, but unfortunately, that wasn't enough to get the No. 1 seed, and now, they'll battle their NFC West rival in the Seattle Seahawks on Wild Card Weekend.

Beyond the Quarterback situation, which has been great in recent times, the team is quite healthy heading into this one, and now, the team has elevated two veterans to the active roster which will no doubt help them when the going gets tough in the biggest moments.

The #49ers promoted Tevin Coleman and CB Janoris Jenkins from the practice squad (CB Ambry Thomas is out with an ankle injury).

That comes in the form of Cornerback Janoris Jenkins and running back Tevin Coleman, and while they may not play big roles this weekend, it's certainly going to help having such veterans on the sidelines as they finally look for a Super Bowl run.
