Arizona Cardinals Linked To Former Vikings Head Coach

After weeks of waiting, the Arizona Cardinals have finally found their next Head Coach in the form of former Philadelphia Eagles Defensive Coordinator Jonathan Gannon, and now, their next job will be to fill out their staff with some veteran names.

One name that has been linked to them following this hire is former Minnesota Vikings Head Coach Mike Zimmer, who coached the team from 2014-2021, and while Gannon would ideally install his own system, bringing in a veteran like Zimmer would be a great move.

Nothing is concrete yet, and the team haven't asked to interview him, but it's been suggested as a possible move by several sources, and while they may look to go young, bringing in a veteran with decades of experience can rarely be a bad thing.
