Baltimore Ravens Coach Switches Roles Ahead Of 2023

The Baltimore Ravens, despite the disappointing end to 2022, still have plenty of talent on this roster, and with a new face in at Offensive Coordinator, they have a good chance to bounce back, but all of that success will rest upon how they handle the Lamar Jackson situation this off-season.

If Lamar is to return, he will be working with a new Quarterbacks coach, as Tee Martin has officially now changed roles from wide receiver coach to QB coach, with massive support from Head Coach John Harbaugh.

The 44-year old has been in the Ravens organization for the past few years, and brings a veteran presence that the offensive staff certainly needs, but now he waits, along with the NFL world to see how the QB situation plays itself out this off-season.
