Baltimore Ravens Interview Former Buccaneers Coach For OC Role

The Baltimore Ravens have been one of the NFL's most consistent franchises in recent years, but despite this, they've lacked playoff success in a big way, so after their latest Wild Card found failure, the team thought that moving on from veteran Offensive Coordinator Greg Roman would be a way to shake things up.

Now, they're searching hard for his replacement, and their latest potential candidate is former Tampa Bay Buccaneers Offensive Coordinator Byron Leftwich, who has led a solid Bucs offence in recent years, albeit with the help of the greatest Quarterback to ever play the game.

Their search remains ongoing, as they've yet to formally offer Lamar Jackson a contract, which will be a major part of the hiring decision, but there's few candidates that have seen the recent success of Leftwich, so it's likely he's one of the final candidates.
