Broncos Reliable Wide Receiver Expected to Be Fully Ready For Start of Season

The Denver Broncos received some promising news regarding the health of wide receiver Tim Patrick.

General Manager George Paton confirmed that Patrick is currently recovering well from the season-ending knee injury he suffered during a training camp practice in 2022. According to Paton, Patrick is running and jogging, and the team anticipates he will be fully healthy for the start of the 2023 regular season.

Patrick was a key player for the Broncos before his injury, and his absence was felt throughout the season. The team struggled on offense, and his return will be a significant boost for the unit, particularly with quarterback Russell Wilson now at the helm.

Paton called Patrick's injury one of the biggest losses of the season and praised his leadership and skill on the field.

With Patrick back in the fold, the Broncos will hope his presence will help them bounce back from a disappointing first season with Wilson and compete for a playoff spot in the upcoming season.

Over 16 games in 2021, the now twenty-nine-year-old recorded 53 receptions for 734 yards and five touchdowns on 85 targets.

Patrick has been a reliable receiver over his last two seasons.
