Chicago Bears Officially Expected To Keep Young QB This Off-Season

The moment the NFL off-season begins, rumours start to swirl surrounding every organization in the league, and while some are small, others could change the entire landscape of the NFL, with the Chicago Bears being one of them.

In the past few weeks, reports have had them trading away Justin Fields to draft a QB at No. 1 overall, keeping that pick and drafting someone else and trading down while keeping Fields, but now the consistent reporting appears to point them in the direction of keeping him as their starter going forward.

After putting up a solid 2022 season, this is likely the best move for Chicago, as they have the most cap space in the NFL this off-season, so if they can trade down and acquire more assets to build around Fields, this could be a dangerous squad in 2023.
