Houston Texans Interview Patriots TE Coach For Offensive Coordinator Role

The Houston Texans finally landed their man this past week when they announced the signing of DeMeco Ryans as their next Head Coach, and now, it's up to the organization to build a staff around him that can successfully rebuild this team going forward.

While they'll likely look to pick up a Quarterback and wide receiver in the upcoming NFL Draft with picks No. 2 and 12, first things first, they need to bring in an Offensive Coordinator, and yesterday, they interviewed the New England Patriots tight end coach for the position.

He's certainly a rising coach within the NFL ranks, and will take the next step very soon, whether it's with Houston or another team, but given how young this team is going to be, finding a rising coach may be exactly what they need.
