Indianapolis Colts Claim Young Wide Receiver Off Of Waivers

The Indianapolis Colts had a disastrous 2022 season on both sides of the ball, but after hiring Shane Steichen as their new Head Coach, there's renewed optimism down in Indianapolis, and today, they made a very solid move.

While it's not going to cause waves throughout the league, the team claimed 26-year old wide receiver Kristian Wilkerson off waivers from the New England Patriots, and will most likely have a chance to compete for a roster spot later this off-season.

Wilkerson went un-drafted back in 2020, and has spent time with both Tennessee and New England, while he's only hauled in 4 catches in the NFL, 2 of those went for Touchdowns, and as a depth pickup, this is a good one for the Colts.
