NFL Rumors: Los Angeles Chargers Linebacker Unlikely To Return In 2023

The Los Angeles Chargers may have had a dreadful result in the Wild Card round against the Jacksonville Jaguars, but take nothing away from their regular season, as they finally took the leap many expected of them on both sides of the ball, giving the franchise optimism about their future.

Unfortunately, for teams to build consistency, they need to find cheap, depth pieces that contribute to the team, and they had that in 2022 with Kyle Van Noy at linebacker, but now, it appears he won't fit into their plans for 2023.

With Justin Herbert needing a contract extension and so many star players being paid plenty, they just don't have the cap space to bring him back, but with plenty of experience in the NFL, there's no doubt that he'll find his way into a role somewhere in the league.
