Baltimore Ravens Re-Sign Running Back

Baltimore Ravens running back Justice Hill is returning to the team on a two-year, $4.5 million deal worth up to $5 million.

This includes incentives worth $500,000.

Hill is 25 years old and will be the No. 3 back on the depth chart, behind J.K. Dobbins and Gus Edwards, who recently accepted a pay cut to stay with the team.

Hill has played a mix of offense and special teams, recording a career-high 262 rushing yards last season.

Entering his fourth NFL season, the 25-year-old has rushed 119 times for 547 yards (4.6 avg) and two touchdowns, along with 148 receiving yards across 43 games played.

He's been an intriguing player to watch when given the starting role, but that won't happen unless injuries occur to Dobbins and Edwards.

The Ravens recently hired former Georgia offensive coordinator Todd Monken to replace Greg Roman, so we'll see how he distributes the touches in a talented Baltimore backfield.
