Colts Sign Former Browns' DT Bryan To A 1-Year Deal

The Indianapolis Colts have reportedly reached a one-year agreement on Wednesday with former Browns defensive tackle Taven Bryan. The deal is worth $4.5 million, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.

Bryan, who was drafted by the Jaguars as a first-rounder (29th overall) in 2018, completed his four-year, $10.2 million contract with the Jacksonville club and was declined a fifth-year option on May 3, 2021, which made him a free agent.

The 27-year-old DT then signed a one-year deal with the Browns last year on March 16, 2022. He will now move on to the Colts, which is his third team in five seasons on another one-year contract.

Bryan started all 16 games for the Browns last season combining for 26 total tackles, six quarterback hits, and 3.0 sacks.
