Dallas Cowboys Restructure Veteran Wide Receivers Contract

The Dallas Cowboys haven't made many moves this off-season, but the ones they have made have been fantastic, and after acquiring veteran wide receiver Brandin Cooks on Sunday, this team appear ready for a deep playoff run in 2023.

Just hours after becoming a Cowboys, Cooks has already endeared himself to their fans, as he has agreed to a contract restructure which will turn $8 million of his $12 million salary into a signing bonus, giving them some more flexibility with the salary cap going forward.

In nine seasons at the NFL level, Cooks has managed to put up 8,616 receiving yards and 49 Touchdowns, and with Dak Prescott as his new Quarterback, 2023 could be the best year of his career.
