Houston Texans Rumors: 3 Offseason Trade Candidates

Welcome to Football Rumors' Offseason Trade Candidates series. During it, we will be discussing three players from each team who could be moved during the offseason.

In this latest episode, we will be focusing on the Houston Texans.

Maliek Collins: With the Texans coming off of a disastrous 2022 season, they are reportedly open to moving some of their veteran players. One player who has been picking up some buzz in the rumor mill as of late because of this is Maliek Collins. Teams looking for a new tackle before the start of the season should contact the Texans about the seven-year veteran because of it.

Jerry Hughes: Jerry Hughes is another veteran who the Texans are hearing offers for right now. It ultimately makes sense, as they are not expected to be a playoff team yet again this season. As a result, it would be wise to move the 13-year veteran to let a younger player get more experience.

Nico Collins: The Texans are also willing to move Nico Collins for the right price. The two-year veteran could surely get some attention around the NFL from teams who need more insurance at the wide receiver position. In 10 games this past season, he had two touchdowns, 37 receptions, and 481 receiving yards.
