Bobby Okereke is starting to garner interest around the NFL, as the Chicago Bears and Carolina Panthers are both interested in bringing in the linebacker.

It is easy to see why Okereke is starting to generate a solid market for his services. After all, he is one of the more notable free-agent linebackers set to hit the open market, and several teams need to improve at the position. The Bears and Panthers are certainly among them, and he would provide them with a major upgrade if signed. This is certainly needed, as both of these clubs struggled noticeably during the 2022 campaign and are aiming to get things back on track next season.

Okereke spent this past season with the Indianapolis Colts, where he recorded a career-high 151 combined tackles. Overall, the 26-year-old has the potential to be a very good addition, so we will need to wait and see if the Bears or Panthers end up winning the sweepstakes for his services from here.
