Las Vegas Raiders Officially Franchise Tag Running Back

The Las Vegas Raiders were primed for a breakout season in 2023 with their loaded offence, but a combination of injuries, inconsistency and their poor defence led them to miss the playoffs once more, and it's now clear they're looking for change this off-season.

One thing that won't be changed is their starting running back, as the team have now officially franchise tagged Josh Jacobs, coming off a fantastic season in which he led all players around the league in rushing yards.

Unfortunately, that didn't help their playoff push, but with better luck on injuries and improvement at the QB position, this is a team that could certainly contend for a Wild Card spot next season, as Jacobs will be playing for a long-term contract all year long.
