Lions To Retain ERFA Linebacker Pittman

The Detroit Lions have re-signed exclusive-rights free agent Anthony Pittman, according to Aaron Wilson of KPRC.

Pittman originally went undrafted in 2019 and signed with the Lions. He went from the practice squad to Detroit's active roster on December 27, 2019. He has spent time on and off their practice team in the past three years, but was elevated to their active roster for the entirety of last season on September 27, 2022.

The former Wayne State product has appeared in 35 games with two starts for his career. He has recorded 24 tackles, three quarterback hits, and one forced fumble.
