NFL Rumors: New York Giants QB Now Seeking More Than $45M Per Year

The New York Giants came into the 2022 off-season with a major decision to make about their Quarterback situation going forward, and after plenty of speculation lately, it appears the negotiations are about to get even tougher.

Last week, a report came out that Daniel Jones was seeking $45M per year on a new deal, which was universally scoffed at by the NFL world, and yesterday, it was revealed that he was somehow now seeking more than that.

At this point, it's hard to see Jones back with the Giants on a multi-year extension unless that number changes, and while the franchise tag is always an option, this is going to be a very interesting few weeks for New York.
