NFL Rumors: San Francisco 49ers Interested In Vikings Star If He Gets Released

The San Francisco 49ers fielded one of, if not the best defences in the entire NFL this past season, and while it was their Quarterback struggles that held them back in 2022, they will no doubt be looking to make massive upgrades all over the roster.

Reportedly, the team is now very interested in Minnesota Vikings star linebacker Za'Darius Smith, as rumours swirl that he will be yet another salary cap casualty this off-season for the Vikings, who appear content on cleaning house. 

In 2022, Smith racked up 44 tackles, 10 sacks, 1 forced fumble and 5 passes defended, and if you add him to the 49ers stacked defence, we could be looking at an unstoppable force in the NFC.
