Philadelphia Eagles Release Offensive Lineman

The Philadelphia Eagles were one of, if not the best regular season teams in the NFL throughout 2022, and while there's plenty of reasons for that success, there's no doubting that their fantastic depth played a big role in it.

On Thursday however, the team officially parted ways with a key depth piece along their offensive line, as they came to terms with the release of tackle/guard Brett Toth, who was in his second stint with the Eagles, following a 2019 campaign when he began his NFL career.

The 26-year old has been with the Eagles during his second stint since 2020, and has played in 17 games with 1 start over that time, and given his versatility, he will no doubt find a new home as soon as free agency begins next week.
