Seahawks Sign Former Lions Center

The Seattle Seahawks have reportedly inked a deal with former Lions center Evan Brown, according to NFL Network's Tom Pelissero. 

Brown, who previously played on the Lions for the past three season, started 12 games at center in 2021 and mainly played guard in 2022 appearing in 14 games with 12 starts. 

The 26-year-old DT signed with the Giants as an undrafted free agent in 2016 and journeyed around on multiple teams including the Dolphins practice squad, Browns, and Detroit.  

Brown has appeared in 41 games with 24 starts for his career, and recovered a fumble in 2021.
