NFL Rumors: Miami Dolphins Tried To Land Star Running Back This Off-Season

The Miami Dolphins have been hard at work over the past few years crafting one of the best offences in the entire NFL, and while they've only made some small moves on that side of the ball this off-season, it's certainly not for a lack of trying.

So far, the team have brought back both Raheem Mostert and Jeff Wilson in their backfield, but according to reports, the team looked to swing big, as they attempted to trade for Minnesota Vikings star Dalvin Cook before pivoting to some smaller moves.

Given Cook's production, this move certainly makes plenty of sense, but now they'll look to continue building a deep roster as they look to finally make a deep playoff run in the 2023 NFL season.
