NFL Rumors: Minnesota Vikings QB Linked To NFC Team

The Minnesota Vikings took a massive step forward in 2022 under new Head Coach Kevin O'Connell, and while the near future is very bright, the team don't have a long-term answer at Quarterback as veteran Kirk Cousins continues to age.

Now, it has been revealed that at the scouting combine, there was chatter around the league that linked Cousins in a big trade to the San Francisco 49ers, and while it obviously didn't happen, it's easy to see why it would make sense for both teams.

With Sam Darnold, Trey Lance and Brock Purdy currently on the roster, the 49ers are without a proven veteran, so there could be legitimacy to this rumour, but for now, we will wait and see how this potential situation unfolds.
