Two Teams Exercise 5th Year Option On Young Superstars

The 2020 NFL Draft has churned out some of the biggest superstars in the entire league right now, and perhaps none are bigger than Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Justin Jefferson and Cincinnati Bengals Quarterback Joe Burrow, and now, both their teams have picked up their fifth year option.

Both men have absolutely lit up their respective positions in recent years, with both regarded as top-three at their positions in the league, and with big extensions likely on the way, this move makes plenty of sense for their teams.

The former LSU teammates were expected to be great in the league, but they've exploded onto the scene and become megastars in the NFL, and both have changed the trajectory of their respective teams, and they'll be key parts of their success for years to come.
