Kansas City Chiefs Sign Two Free Agent Wide Receivers

The Kansas City Chiefs have signed two college standout wide receivers Nikko Remigio and Tyrone Scott.

Nikko Remigio, known for his exceptional skills as a wide receiver and kick returner, caught the attention of the Chiefs' scouts despite not being selected in the 2023 NFL Draft.

During his time at Fresno State University, Remigio showcased his versatility, amassing an impressive stat line of 74 receptions for 852 yards and six touchdowns in just one season. Additionally, he left his mark on special teams, returning punts for touchdowns in both 2021 and 2022.

With a blend of speed, agility, and playmaking ability, Remigio is looking to make a name for himself at the professional level and contribute to the reigning Super Bowl champions' success.

Tyrone Scott, a former standout wide receiver from Missouri State, also caught the attention of the Chiefs' coaching staff.

Standing tall at 6-foot-3 and weighing 202 pounds, Scott possesses exceptional route running, physicality, and a knack for making contested catches.

In the 2021 season, he set single-season records for catches, receiving yards, and touchdowns at Missouri State, showcasing his undeniable talent. While his numbers were slightly lower in 2022, Scott's determination and potential have made him a thrilling addition to the Chiefs' roster as he aims to prove himself at the professional level.
