Minnesota Vikings Sign Top XFL Wide Receiver

Talented wide receiver Lucky Jackson has made a significant career move, transitioning from the XFL's D.C. Defenders to join the Minnesota Vikings.

In the XFL's 2023 season, Jackson emerged as a formidable deep threat for the Defenders, demonstrating his skills by ranking ninth in receptions (36) and fifth in receiving yards (573) throughout the league.

Notably, he led the XFL in receptions of more than ten yards, showcasing his ability to make big plays down the field.

His college career at Western Kentucky from 2016 to 2019 also saw him accumulate impressive numbers, recording 2,691 yards and 13 touchdowns.

While securing a spot on the Vikings' final roster might be considered an outside shot, the organization has a history of providing opportunities to undrafted players, exemplified by the success story of Adam Thielen.

It will undoubtedly be fascinating to witness if Jackson, or any other XFL players, can make a notable impact in the NFL this season. Photo Credit: Daniel Dunn-USA TODAY Sports
