NFL Rumors: New York Jets Weapon Considered Major Cut Possibility

 

The New York Jets have seemingly turned their entire franchise around over the past 18-months with the additions of Sauce Gardner, Garrett Wilson and Aaron Rodgers, and now, the expectations are through the roof for the 2023-24 NFL season.

With Rodgers and an incredible defensive unit, this team could be playoff bound in 2023, but one player that could potentially be a surprise cut before the season begins is Corey Davis, who is reportedly a name to watch due to his $10.5 million salary.

The Jets gave him a massive deal two summers ago, and unfortunately he just hasn't stayed healthy since then, and with Wilson, Allen Lazard, Mecole Hardman and depth at every other position, he has now become potentially expendable, so as rosters are finalized, keep an eye on this one.
