Kansas City Chiefs Agree To Restructure Contract Of Superstar Quarterback

The Kanas City Chiefs are going through a major boom period with the likes of Travis Kelce, Chris Jones and most importantly Patrick Mahomes leading the way, and after seeing plenty of massive contracts given out this summer, it appears the team have now recognized just how valuable the two-time MVP is to their organization.

According to a report from ESPN's Adam Schefter, the Chiefs and Mahomes have now agreed to restructure his current contract that will pay him an incredible $210.6 million between 2023 and 2026, the most money ever given out in the NFL over a four-year span.

After being taken No. 10 overall back in the 2017 NFL Draft, Mahomes has proven he has the ability to become one of the best Quarterbacks in the history of the league, and now, the Chiefs have compensated him for his amazing work over the past six years.
