NFL Rumors: Las Vegas Raiders Star Previously Requested A Trade

After a frustrating performance on Monday Night Football, many people expected superstar Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Davante Adams to request a trade from the team ahead of today's trade deadline, but unfortunately, it doesn't appear as if a trade could happen.

According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, there's "no chance in hell" the Raiders are going to trade the star, but now, Jordan Schultz has revealed that Adams actually went to the organization this season, requesting to be traded away.

Sources to @BleacherReport: #Raiders WR Davante Adams and his camp spoke to the team earlier this month about the possibility of a change of scenery. Las Vegas made it emphatically clear they won’t move him.

This comes after Derek Carr, the player he came to Vegas to play with was moved on from the team, but the team remain steadfast in their decision to keep him as of right now, and given their inept QB play and Head Coach, it's likely that this could get ugly as the team managed to get him just one catch on MNF, so we will see how it plays out.
