Report: Las Vegas Raiders Turn To Standout Rookie In Week 4

 

The Las Vegas Raiders season hasn't begun the way anyone would have hoped or expected, and after consecutive losses, they now turn to standout rookie Aidan O'Connell for their Week 4 matchup against the Los Angeles Chargers.

This comes as Jimmy Garoppolo is ruled out with a concussion, and now, after a fantastic pre-season, O'Connell will be under center for the first start of his NFL career, with veteran Brian Hoyer expected to play the backup role.

O'Connell made a name for himself with a fantastic pre-season, and now, with many writing off the Raiders already in the AFC West, this will give them a new lease on life, and if he can find a combination with their star weapons, this could be a fun team to watch.
