NFL Trade Rumors: Buffalo Bills Linebacker Von Miller Suspended
The Buffalo Bills will be without their star pass rusher until at least Week 9. The NFL announced a four-game suspension for edge rusher Von Miller for violating the personal conduct policy.

The suspension stems from an incident in which Miller allegedly attacked his pregnant girlfriend late last year. Miller eventually surrendered to police and has yet to face charges.
Miller, an eight-time Pro Bowler and Super Bowl 50 MVP, has generally been a mixed bag since the Bills signed him in 2022, but they'll miss him in the coming weeks. He had been off to a hot start this season, amassing a team-high 3.0 sacks and three tackles for loss on only 93 snaps. That was already a big step up from last year: he tallied an ineffectual three total tackles with zero sacks and zero tackles for loss on 258 defensive snaps over 12 appearances.
Miller will miss games against the Houston Texans, New York Jets, Tennessee Titans, and Seattle Seahawks. Those first two games against the Texans and Jets could come back to haunt the Bills. A loss to either could leave them with unfavorable tiebreakers for eventual playoff seeding in the AFC.
