The Kansas City Chiefs should not be making moves this offseason. It is clear that their roster is still in need of upgrades, so it would not be surprising in the slightest if they add more talent before the 2026 season is here.
When looking at the Chiefs' group, it is clear that they could use another impactful wide receiver. Due to this, the Chiefs are emerging as a prime potential landing spot for top free agent wide receiver Jauan Jennings.
If the Chiefs signed Jennings, he would give them another valuable weapon to work with on offense. He would easily become one of their top receivers and could thrive after getting a fresh start on a team like the Chiefs.
When looking at Jennings' numbers last season, there is no question that the Chiefs would benefit by landing him. In 15 games this past season with the San Francisco 49ers, he had nine touchdowns, 55 receptions, and 643 receiving yards.
With Jennings being one of the best players still available for the taking, it is clear that the Chiefs will have competition to land his services in free agency. However, when noting that he would be a strong pickup for them if signed, they should work very hard to land him.
