Former New England Patriots wide receiver Stefon Diggs has yet to find his new home after being released by the AFC team following the 2025 season. While this is the case, it is very likely that this will change soon, as Diggs is one of the best free agents still on the market. Because of this, teams that are in need of help at the wide receiver position should have Diggs on their radar.
Diggs has been connected to multiple teams during this offseason already. A few teams that have been linked to the star wide receiver include the Baltimore Ravens, Atlanta Falcons, Tennessee Titans, San Francisco 49ers, and Miami Dolphins.
However, another team that needs to be watched incredibly closely when it comes to Diggs this offseason is the Indianapolis Colts.
It is no secret that the Colts could use another star wide receiver on their roster, and bringing in a player like Diggs would provide them with just that. His stats from this past season with the Patriots show that he can still make an impact, as he had four touchdowns, 85 receptions, and 1,013 receiving yards. With numbers like these, he would be a big-time pickup for the Colts.
It will be interesting to see if the Colts end up being the team that lands Diggs, but the fit looks very strong on paper.
