NFL Rumors: Rams To Re-Sign Star Wide Receiver

According to Aaron Wilson, a new contract between the Los Angeles Rams and Odell Beckham Jr. is "expected to happen."

Both the Rams and Beckham Jr. have already expressed interest in continuing their relationship with one another. It became abundantly clear as soon as the playoffs ended, and this is still the case even with the star's current ACL injury.

After struggling with the Cleveland Browns this season, Beckham Jr. was released by the team. However, he found a new home with the Rams shortly after and thrived immensely from the change of scenery. In eight games with the Rams, he recorded five touchdowns, 27 receptions, and 305 yards. Needless to say, he found his previous form, so it makes sense that LA is inching closer to bringing him back.

Beckham Jr. also did well before getting injured during the playoffs, too. In four games, he had two touchdowns, 21 receptions, and 288 total yards. One of those touchdowns occurred during the Super Bowl, too.

Alas, this is something to keep an eye on from here.
