Atlanta Falcons Sign Linebacker

The Atlanta Falcons have a new linebacker, as they have signed Rashaan Evans to a one-year contract.

Evans just completed his fourth season with the Tennessee Titans. In 12 games, he had 57 combined tackles, one interception, and even a touchdown. Yet, even with this, the Titans felt that it was time to move on from the 2018 first-round pick this offseason.

In 59 career games with the Titans, Evans has 317 combined tackles, 3.0 sacks, and two interceptions. It will be intriguing to see how much he builds on these statistics now as a member of the Falcons.

Perhaps the change of scenery will allow Evans to develop more into his full potential. Time will tell on that front.
