NFL Rumors: A Big Update On Jarvis Landry

Jarvis Landry is one of the biggest free agents still on the market. As a result of this, he is getting a lot of attention around the league for his services. Yet, according to Tyler Dragon, it is likely that the veteran WR will wait to sign a contract until after the draft passes.

This is an intriguing development, as it shows that the sweepstakes will continue on. As a result of this, we could see more teams enter it. It's also been noted that Landry is looking for a deal that will pay him at least $20 million per season, so perhaps that is another reason why he is waiting for that right offer.

Landry was released by the Cleveland Browns after a bit of a down season. In 12 games, he had two touchdowns, 52 receptions, and 570 yards. Yet, there's reason to believe that he can put up better numbers again with a top-of-the-line QB elsewhere. Keep in mind, he is a five-time Pro Bowler.

It will be interesting to see where Landry ends up from here, but we have to wait a bit before that decision is made public.
