NFL Rumors: NFC Team Linked To Kyler Murray

If the Arizona Cardinals officially begin shopping Kyler Murray, the New Orleans Saints would very likely jump into the sweepstakes, according to Mike Florio.

It has been reported that Murray will not play for the Cardinals this season if the team does not restructure his current contract. As a result of this, his name has become a huge one in the rumor mill. When seeing as how the Saints are still looking for a long-term replacement for the now-retired Drew Brees, it's hard to find a better potential available option than Murray.

Murray is coming off of his second-straight Pro Bowl season, so naturally, his trade value would be high in a potential swap. In 14 starts this past campaign, he threw 24 touchdowns, 10 interceptions, and 3,787 yards. The youngster has the potential to continue to improve, too, so he would be worth the investment for New Orleans. Let's see if a trade ends up coming to fruition.
