Giants Rookie To Make NFL Debut In Week 3

The New York Giants had two top draft picks in the 2022 NFL Draft, and took two absolute studs in Alabama's Evan Neal, who's off to a good start to his NFL career, as well as Oregon's Kayvon Thibodeaux, who is yet to step on the field through two weeks. The Giants are 2-0 over that time, with wins over Tennessee and Carolina, and in Week 3, it looks like Thibodeaux will be ready to go, which will give the team a massive boost ahead of a clash with their rivals, the Dallas Cowboys on Monday Night Football.

Thibodeaux was a polarizing prospect ahead of the draft, but his physical skill and motor are truly something to behold, and throughout training camp, people around the Giants were raving about his outstanding performances. Unfortunately, he suffered an injury just a week out from the 2022 season, and is yet to make his debut, but according to Kayvon himself, he's ready to go, and will be on the field this coming Monday.

This is a huge boost for the surprising Giants team, who could go 3-0 with a win over their division rivals, and if Thibodeaux makes the impact that many expect, there's a good chance that Cooper Rush could be in for a very long night.
