Two Colts Stars Questionable For Sunday's Game

The Indianapolis Colts were shocked in Week 1 as they ended with a draw against their division rival the Houston Texans, and in Week 2, with another divisional matchup on the menu, they'll need to be at their best if they want to move towards taking out the AFC South in 2022. Unfortunately for the Colts, they've had players on both sides of the ball ruled out, and as of Friday, two days away from the key matchup against the Jaguars, they've also got one key name on each side of the ball listed as questionable.

Both Michael Pittman, a wide receiver who's quickly becoming a star in the NFL, along with Deforest Buckner are listed as questionable, and usually, that isn't a very good sign on a Friday. The defence was good in Week 1, as they held the Texans to a draw late, but potentially losing Buckner changes everything, especially with star linebacker Shaquille Leonard also ruled out already.

Pittman would be the biggest loss for Week 2, as he leads this young wide receiver group, and while the team certainly still has Jonathan Taylor in the backfield, they can't afford to become too one dimensional around him. There's still time for both to recover, but as of right now, the Colts should certainly be on upset alert against Jacksonville, as the injuries may cost them, and lead them to a winless through 2 games start, something no one would have expected ahead of the season.
