NFL Rumours: 3 Wide Receivers That Could Be On The Move At The Trade Deadline

The wide receiver market is one of the most exciting as the NFL trade deadline approaches, and with Kadarius Toney already on the move to Kansas City, it's about to get very frenetic over the coming week. Some playoff teams are in need of major help on the outside, and while it's unlikely that a top tier receiver will be traded, there's several quality receivers drawing interest, so which three do we think will be on the move?

Nelson Agholor

According to reports, all four of New England's top receiver have been garnering trade interest, and while it's likely that more than one of them are traded, Nelson Agholor is the one most likely, as he can be an elite pass catcher for a good team. Even with Mac Jones and Bailey Zappe at QB, Agholor has put up 225 yards receiving and a Touchdown, and if he gets better QB play, we could be looking at an underrated pickup for a good playoff team.

Jerry Jeudy

When the 2022 season began, most expected Jerry Jeudy to be having a career year with new starting Quarterback Russell Wilson coming to the Mile High, but this entire offence has been a disaster, and Jeudy, along with All-Pro linebacker Bradley Chubb are now both potentially on the trading block. Jeudy has still been a solid performer without solid Quarterback play, and if he can join a wide receiver needy playoff team with good QB play, he could be an elite pickup.

Brandin Cooks

Brandin Cooks has been seen as a prime trade candidate since before the Houston Texans season began, as he has been one of the most reliable receivers in the entire league since being drafted way back in the 2014 draft. Despite being traded three times and playing on four different teams, he has put up six 1,000 yard receiving seasons with each of those teams, and if a playoff squad want another weapon on the outside, he's the perfect candidate.
