Ravens Activate Running Back From PUP List

After over a year of waiting, the Baltimore Ravens got promising young running back J.K. Dobbins back from injury, but in a devastating turn, he was once again placed on Injured Reserve following an arthroscopic surgery on his knee, but today, they announced a very promising update on one of their other running backs, as Gus Edwards was today activated from the Physically Unable to Perform list, meaning he may make his 2022 season debut in Week 7.

Edwards has never been a starter or a star for the Ravens in his four years with the team, but he has provided solid depth, and with Kenyan Drake still on the roster these two could make a very formidable duo that could help bring balance to this very talented offensive unit. Through for years, Edwards has accumulated over 2,400 all purpose yards to go along with 10 Touchdown's, and he can be very useful to this team going forward.

Baltimore added DeSean Jackson throughout the week, and if they can get Edwards and Dobbins healthy at the same time to go along with Rashod Bateman, this could be a team that goes very far in the playoffs in 2022, but health is critical.
