Bears Safety Ruled Out

The Chicago Bears are locked in a tight battle with the New York Jets, who just took the lead 14-10 on a big 32-yard Touchdown strike to Garrett Wilson from Mike White, but that wasn't the only bad news on the play for the Bears.

Unfortunately, Wilson was able to make such moves because safety Eddie Jackson went down early on the play with an ankle injury, and was carried off the field, unable to put any weight on his ankle, and was eventually carted off to the locker room.

Now, the Bears wasted no time in ruling Jackson out, which isn't a good sign for the veteran safety, a fourth round pick back in 2017, and with the Jets offence rolling, the team will need someone else in the secondary to step up if they want to get back to 4-8 on the season.
