Cowboys Waive Pass-Rusher

With the Cowboys so deep on pass-rushing defensive ends, they could afford to let one go and Basham was the odd man out.
Basham has spent most of the season on the injured reserve due to a thigh injury. Last season, over 17 games, he recorded 39 total tackles, 3.5 sacks, one forced fumble and one fumble recovery.
The twenty-eight-year-old will now look for an opportunity elsewhere and should be able to find a team fairly quickly.
