Injury Update On Star Ravens Tight End

The Baltimore Ravens just had their bye week, and it couldn't have come at a better time, as DeSean Jackson, Gus Edwards, Ronnie Stanley and Mark Andrews are all dealing with injury issues, so with six days left until they battle the Carolina Panthers, they have an ideal period to get healthy.

The first half of the NFL season has been fantastic for Baltimore, who currently sit at 6-3 and in first place in the AFC North, and today, head coach John Harbaugh provided a very positive update on one of those above names. Mark Andrews missed the teams final game before the bye with a combination of shoulder and ankle injuries, but according to Harbaugh, there's a "very good chance" their star tight end is back once again following the bye.

In his place, rookie Isaiah Likely performed well, so there's likely going to be a way where Baltimore play them both going forward, but if they are to make a deep run in the playoffs, they'll need their biggest star on offensive to help out superstar Quarterback Lamar Jackson.
