Injury Update On Vikings Star Linebacker

He once again played a huge role in the Minnesota Vikings' pass rush in Week 10.

Vikings head coach Kevin O'Connell said that linebacker Za'Darius Smith is dealing with a knee contusion following Sunday's 33-30 overtime win against the Buffalo Bills.

Smith played a big role in the Vikings' Week 10 win over the Bills, knocking down a pass at the line of scrimmage and sacking quarterback Josh Allen for a 13-yard loss before going down with the knee injury late in the fourth quarter.
Smith remained down on the field for some time before eventually being able to walk off under his own power. The thirty-year-old has not received an official injury designation, but his status will be worth monitoring before Week 11's game against the Dallas Cowboys.

In nine games in his Vikings debut, Smith has 29 total tackles, 9.5 sacks and four passes defended.
