NFL Rumors: Broncos Receiver Could Play in Week 11

Denver Broncos wide receiver Jerry Jeudy suffered what appeared to be a severe ankle injury in his team's Week 10 17-10 loss to the Tennessee Titans, but it evidently wasn't as serious as initially feared. The third-year player is considered day-to-day and could play in Week 11, according to ESPN's Jeremy Fowler.

Jeudy injured his ankle on his first offensive snap of Sunday's game. His 449 receiving yards rank second on the Broncos this season, and his three total touchdowns are the most on the team.

Jeudy's quick return comes as good news for the struggling Broncos offense. The team ranks dead last in scoring through 10 weeks of the regular season and lost a pair of offensive linemen on Sunday. So long as Jeudy is available, the Broncos should at least avoid another step back.

Jeudy initially joined the Broncos as their 15th overall pick in the 2020 NFL Draft after three years at Alabama. He totalled 2742 receiving yards in 36 appearances with the Crimson Tide. He has tallied 1772 receiving yards in his 35 appearances with the Broncos.
