NFL Three Stars For Week 10: Tight End

Tight End is a position that's been dominated by a clear 'big three' in recent times, but in 2022, due to a lack of consistency and health issues with some of those players, we've seen others step up, to the point where fantastic tight end play seems to occur week in, week out for each team in the NFL. This week saw two new names step up to our list, as we name the three stars at the tight end position in Week 10 of the 2022 NFL season.

3. Dalton Schultz

Stat line: 6 catches, 54 yards, 1 Touchdown.

Despite the Cowboys loss in Week 10, the offence was rolling, with great performances at every position, and Dalton Schultz was no different, as he hauled in 6 catches, including a Touchdown grab, giving Dak Prescott yet another weapon. Schultz hasn't been as effective in 2022 as we saw in 2021, but he's well on the way, and if he, along with Lamb, Gallup and the backfield duo can continue to perform, this is a dangerous Dallas team come playoff time.

2. Travis Kelce

Stat line: 6 catches, 81 yards, 1 Touchdown.

Travis Kelce was considered the best tight end in the NFL coming into this season, and he's done nothing but solidify that position all year long, and with another classic performance in Week 10, he has already tied up the Tight End of the Year award in 2022. Kelce seems to be absolutely everywhere for Patrick Mahomes whenever he's needed, and at this rate, he's on the way to becoming one of the best in NFL history.

1. Cole Kmet

Stat line: 4 catches, 74 yards, 2 Touchdowns.

The Chicago Bears offence has taken off in recent times with incredible performances from Justin Fields, and one beneficiary has been Cole Kmet, who is showing everyone why he was once valued so highly by the New England Patriots. Kmet hauled in just 4 catches in Week 10, but went for 74 yards and 2 Touchdowns, and if he continues this, the Bears offence has a very bright future.
