49ers Defensive End Suffers Injury In Sunday's Win

He needed help to limp off the field in Sunday's game.

San Francisco 49ers defensive end Kerry Hyder suffered an ankle injury during Sunday's win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, forcing him out of the game early.

Hyder was not able to return to the game, but the good news is he looked to be in good spirits following the game.

That seems to be positive news for the 49ers' defense, who also lost Dontae Johnson with an injury in the same game.

There is yet to be an official update on Hyder's status, but that should come soon. If he is dealing with an ankle injury, he won't have much time to get healthy before the 49ers play on Thursday night against the Seattle Seahawks.

In 13 games this season, the thirty-one-year-old has 15 total tackles, one sack, one fumble recovery and two passes defended.
