BREAKING: Davante Adams Choosing Next Playing Destination

Davante Adams has found his next home, signing a two-year, $46 million deal with the Los Angeles Rams, including $26 million guaranteed.

The six-time Pro Bowler and three-time first-team All-Pro lands in L.A. after being released by the New York Jets in a cap-saving move earlier this month. “This is where I want to be,” Adams reportedly told a source close to the situation, as he returns to his home state with a clear goal in mind—winning a Super Bowl.

His arrival is a major shift for the Rams, who are expected to move on from longtime standout Cooper Kupp in the coming days.

Adams split time between the Las Vegas Raiders and New York Jets last season, finishing with 85 catches for 1,063 yards and eight touchdowns, marking his fifth straight 1,000-yard campaign.

Despite a slow start in New York, he surged late, including a dominant nine-catch, 198-yard performance against Jacksonville. His release cleared $29.9 million from the Jets’ cap as the organization moved on from the Aaron Rodgers era, leaving Adams free to sign before the official free-agent tampering period.

The Rams, fresh off a divisional-round loss to the Philadelphia Eagles, seized the opportunity to add one of the NFL’s most dominant receivers.

With Adams now in the fold, Rams head coach Sean McVay has assembled one of the league’s most explosive offenses.

He joins a unit led by Matthew Stafford, emerging star Puka Nacua, and a strong rushing attack with Kyren Williams.

The NFC West is shaping up to be a battleground, and Adams’ presence gives L.A. a major boost in firepower.

“Game on,” a Rams executive said of their Super Bowl aspirations. Adams, already one of the most prolific touchdown scorers of his era, now has the perfect stage to chase the one thing missing from his résumé.
