Baltimore Ravens' Rookie Edge Rusher to Debut in Week 15

The Baltimore Ravens will finally get a look at one of the biggest gambles of their 2022 draft class. According to theScore's Jordan Schultz, edge rusher David Ojabo is finally recovered from an unfortunate Achilles tear and will make his NFL debut against the Cleveland Browns on Saturday.

Ojabo suffered an incredibly untimely Achilles during his Pro Day in March of this year. Despite the catastrophic injury, the Ravens selected Ojabo 45th overall in the 2022 NFL Draft because of his rare physical tools and incredible combine performance.

Between his injury and limited play in college, Ojabo is a mysterious and tantalizing prospect for the contending Ravens. He only played 14 games over two years for the Michigan Wolverines, but he was highly productive, notching 11.0 sacks, 12.0 tackles for loss, and five forced fumbles. He's a high-ceiling, low-floor pick for the Ravens, but his upside is substantial enough that he could be a difference-maker in the closing portion of the season.
